Time is best spent doing something you love.
When you love something, truly love it, there is no price too great to pay; no hour too early to rise nor late to seek your love; no cut, no bruise, no sorrow, no fear too great to stop your desire.
What goes up must come down.
You learn best by falling.
Sometimes when you fall it is important to jump right up and do it again. Sometimes when you fall it is important to sit there a minute and figure out what you did wrong. Know when to do which.
A body in motion stays in motion.
Pain passes.
You can never do anything well the first time you try it, but anything you continue to attempt, no matter how many times you fall, you will eventually do successfully. If you keep doing it, eventually you will do it so well you forget it was ever difficult.
The longer the struggle to get there, the sweeter the taste of success.
All things come with practice and patience.
There is always room for improvement.
Water frozen is still water, if you sit on it for long you will get wet. You can change the form, but you can’t change the substance. Substance is reality. Form is appearance. Know the difference between the two.
Nothing is too difficult.
Balance is key.
Sometimes when the world is spinning you know exactly what you are doing.
The greatest beauty is when opposites blend. Grace and strength together are more beautiful and awe-inspiring than either alone.
Everyone needs teachers.
People outside can see things you can’t, but you must feel them to verify the vision of others.
The greatest, really the only, competition is with yourself. In the end, you are the only judge whose vote counts.
Everyone has a different way; find the one that works for you.
There is nothing like the feeling of home, of belonging, of rightness in the world that comes from embracing something you love. On the ice or in life, persistence paves the path, love and passion light the way.

........"and passion light the way."
BACIO
a tutte le persone belle.
